Delivery time

Most articles are shipped within 48 hours, viz. the articles ordered are handed over to DHL - our logistic partner - within 48 hours. This applies to payments by cash in advance immediately upon payment receipt. According to DHL international shipping might take 3 to 7 working days (weekends and holidays excluded).

To avoid you having to pay additional shipping costs, we usually try to send your order in one parcel. If you placed an order with more than one article and with different delivery times we will send your order as soon as all articles are available. Sometimes, due to great demand and simultaneous ordering, it can occur that an article is not available anymore, although at the time you placed your order it was displayed as available. In that case we will inform you immediately. Our capably call centre staff will be glad to help you to choose a suitable alternative.
